SAMĀDHI JOURNEY BY EDEN SOL - WHERE MOVEMENT MEETS MEDICINE & SPIRIT MEETS SOUL

Soul Archaeology
Beneath Grenada's golden skies, where the rhythm of waves matched the cadence of my breath, I found myself at the threshold of transformation. Each yoga session became communion with the divine, every meditation a deeper dive into the mysteries of spirit. But it was within this Caribbean sanctuary that the universe orchestrated my most profound awakening.
My aunt, who would become my Reiki master, offered me something far beyond technique or method—she offered me rebirth. The moment her hands channeled that first wave of sacred energy through my being, every cell awakened to a frequency I had never known existed. This wasn't simply learning about energy healing; this was soul archaeology, unearthing treasures buried so deep within me that I had forgotten they were mine. The initiation moved through me like liquid light, dissolving barriers I didn't even know I had built, opening portals to gifts that felt both completely foreign and utterly familiar.
The woman who emerged from that initiation was fundamentally changed—not broken and rebuilt, but rather unveiled and remembered. Grenada became my chrysalis, and through my aunt's sacred guidance, I discovered not just my calling as a healer, but my truth as a vessel for divine love and transformation.

“I was no longer needing
to be special because I was
no longer caught up in my
puny separateness that
had to keep proving I was
something. I was part of the
Universe, like a tree is, or
like grass is, or like water -
like storms, or like roses.
I was just part of it all.”
— Ram Dass
